As an Account Representative and Producer for our State Farm Agency, you play a vital role in our daily business operations and the success of our customers. You will grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a trusted liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your expertise in insurance products and industry trends allows you to proactively market relevant solutions that improve the lives of our customers and financially protect what they love most.

In this dynamic role, you will:
- Communicate directly with clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored insurance products and services
- Recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas to drive agency growth
- Represent the agency with professionalism, energy, and a customer-focused mindset

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
